Description
Don’t be fooled by the small size of this 15 watt 1×10″ combo – it’s all valve and packs a lot of value into a small package.
Inside are 3 ECC83/12AX7 preamp valves and a pair of EL84 power valves to produce that classic valve tone. Combine that with a custom 10″ Celestion Tube 10 speaker, Accutronic spring reverb, FX loop and a line out and you get a very versatile amp capable of Fender like clean chime all the way to chunky, dirty Marshall tones. Put a couple of pedals in front and you’re good to go.
Front panel controls include high and low inputs, gain, bright switch, bass, middle, treble, master volume and reverb. On the back panel as well as a line out, effects loop and extension speaker jack there is also an input for adding a footswitch for the reverb.
The Laney LC15R makes an ideal amp for practice, studio or small gigs, and with an extension cabinet, even slightly bigger gigs.
